Northstar participates in CoreNet Leadership Programs

November 2019

Congratulations Natasha on completing the Young Leader Development Program and Jason on starting his Leadership 2.0 journey with CoreNet Global New England.

Young Leaders Professional Development Program

Natasha graduated this one-year personal and profession enrichment program. As part of the program, 12 young professionals completed the capstone project and led a panel discussion in September on the topic of sustainability, delving into the realm of financially and environmentally responsible design. Panelists Brad Mahone, John Fernandez, Ryan Sullivan and Dan Anninos discussed how sustainable initiatives can help increase recruitment and retention, decrease operational budgets, and improve overall employee productivity. Attendees came away with a deeper understanding of why and how doing what’s right for the environment can translate to doing right for their business.

Leadership 2.0 Program

After completing the Young Leadership Program in 2017, Jason continues to advance his leadership skills and professional development with the CoreNet Leadership 2.0 Program. The program kicked off in early October with a range of thought-provoking discussions and case studies. The program engaged and challenged participants to further develop their leadership skills, insight, and tools and apply their learning to lead their respective organizations at the next level.
