Northstar June and July 2021 Anniversaries

In June and July Northstar celebrated Dan Govoni’s 9-year, Wanda Lee’s 6-year, Natasha Marcuard’s 7-year and Katie Huckin’s 1-year anniversary with the company.

Since joining Northstar in 2012, Dan has spent time supporting clients and projects in both New York City and New England. Dan  has executed complex projects in a number of market sectors including, life sciences, residential, hospitality, mission critical and control room facilities. Dan holds a BS in Construction Management from Roger Williams University and is a Lean Certified Professional. 

Wanda brought to Northstar 15 years’ experience in corporate real estate specializing in owner’s representation for capital programs including interior core-and-shell and TI construction, occupied renovations and restacks. Wanda has worked on project portfolios as large as $10 million and is currently executing life science projects for Northstar confidential pharmaceutical client.  Wanda earned her BA in Political Science from Regis College in Weston, MA and is a member of Massachusetts Building Congress.

While at Northstar, Natasha has worked on a variety of life science, higher education and corporate TI projects. Notable projects Natasha has successfully guided include R&D laboratories, complex programs, and projects scaling up to $65 million. She has a Bachelor’s of Architecture from NC State University and is a registered architect in Massachusetts.

Katie joined Northstar last year as a Project Coordinator with 2 years of experience in structural design of transportation facilities and Lean project management through Northeastern’s co-op program. She has her Bachelors and Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in structures from Northeastern. Katie has become a crucial member of our Life Sciences project teams.
