Northstar Employee Update

We are pleased to continue expanding our team at Northstar with the recent addition of Lou Cicchese!

Lou comes to Northstar with over 25 years of project, operations, and facilities management experience in the life sciences, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. Lou has led projects and directed all planning, design, procurement, and construction activities for optimizing CapEx and OpEx to meet project scope, costs, and schedule. His expertise includes large scale move planning & management, facility transitions, lab planning & management, equipment decommissioning, design/build “fast-track” projects, and real estate strategic planning & renovations. Prior to joining Northstar, Lou worked at Sanofi Genzyme for 20 years where he held the position of Director of Engineering & Facilities and Principal Project Manager. He is currently working on the 599 Somerville Street project.
