Northstar Employee Update

 We are pleased to continue expanding our team at Northstar with the recent additions of Ipsitha Bayapu and AJ Proia!

Ipsitha joins Northstar as an Assistant Project Manager. She has a MS in Building Construction and Facilities Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ipsitha also has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Jadavpur University in Kolkata and she is a registered architect in India. Ipsitha is currently working on a large new office and lab space in Kendall Square. 

AJ joins Northstar as an Assistant Project Manager. He previously worked at the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) assisting in the oversight of the design and construction of public schools. AJ has BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine and also maintains a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license. AJ is currently working on a variety of office and lab spaces in Kendall Square.
