Northstar Celebrates the Opening of Sanofi’s New North American Headquarters

Northstar is excited to celebrate the opening of Sanofi’s new North American Headquarters in Cambridge Crossing at 450 Water Street.

The 400,000 SF facility opened in March and was the catalyst for employee’s return to the office.  Northstar, HOK, Vanderweil Engineers and Consigli Construction were honored to partner with Sanofi for the planning, design and construction of its office facility encompassing a state-of-the-art boardroom, servery, conferencing suite, fitness center, Starbucks and office space.  The project anticipates achieving a LEED Gold certification.
