Northstar Celebrates Katherine Kenney’s 5-Year Anniversary

Please join us in congratulating Katherine Kenney on five years with Northstar!

Katherine has over eight years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in development and tenant improvement. Her expertise encompasses diverse lab projects, such as automated labs, bio labs, chem labs, and vivariums, along with office projects spanning from 10,000 to 1.1 million square feet. Currently, Katherine is working on the Boston Children’s Hospital account, overseeing the tenant improvement of their latest acquisition for research at 421 Park Drive.

Katherine is a key member on Northstar’s business development committee which helps form our strategy and focuses on identifying and reviewing business opportunities. The committee sets the tone by hosting the entire company once a month to communicate market and networking opportunities.

Additionally, Katherine has actively participated in CoreNet New England for seven years and recently graduated from its Young Leaders Professional Development Program, aimed at enhancing educational growth and networking for real estate professionals aged 35 years and younger. She also serves as the Co-chair of CoreNet’s Programs Committee, overseeing programs like the upcoming, soon to be announced tour with BioMed Reality “Transforming 601 Congress Street from Corporate Headquarters to Seaport Science Center.”

Outside of the office, Katherine loves to travel and is always looking forward to planning her next adventure. When she isn’t busy planning her wedding, Katherine can be found planning dinners with her friends – having recently hosted her Sanofi account team colleagues for Thanksgiving dinner and walking her dog, Rhodes, around Quincy’s beaches.
