The Kronos Project consisted of the design and construction of the new Corporate Headquarters at Cross Point in Lowell, Massachusetts.  The 468,000 square foot project is consolidation of three regional office locations and a relocation of over 1600 people.  The project delivery was a collaborative team oriented solution with partners such as J. Calnan & Associates, Packard Design, WB Engineering and several other firms.  Northstar also integrated closely with key client stakeholder teams including Kronos Corporate Real Estate and Facilities, Procurement, Human Resources, Security, Communications, Technology (I.T.) and Finance.  This integration allowed us to deliver predictable outcomes at each phase of the project and a most successful completion for the innovative and forward thinking client at Kronos.
