American Campus Communities & Northeastern University Celebrate LightView Apartments Grand Opening

American Campus Communities, Northeastern University and the City of Boston have successfully delivered Boston’s first developer led, equity-financed residence hall on Northeastern’s campus.
LightView Apartments opened its doors to student residents at the end of August after 28 months of construction. The new 21-story facility includes 825 beds across 214 suite style apartment units, 12,000 square feet of ground floor amenity space and 2,000 square feet of future ground floor retail space.
