Akamai Opens New Global Headquarters in Kendall Square

Congratulations to Akamai Technologies for the recent opening of their new headquarters in Kendall Square!
On November 1st, Akamai Technologies celebrated the grand opening of their new headquarter located at 145 Broadway in Cambridge’s Kendall Square neighborhood. The new headquarters is approximately 476,000 square feet spanning 19 floors, allowing Akamai to consolidate their existing 4-office campus into one building. The project team consisted of Akamai Technologies, led by Senior Director of Global Real Estate Brian Murray, Boston Properties (building owner and developer), Turner Construction (construction manager), Sasaki (interior architect) and Northstar Project & Real Estate Services (owner’s project manager).
