Assistant Project Manager

Mariana has two years of project management experience in the construction industry. She has supported more than 40 residential construction projects across the Greater Boston area, with project values ranging from $800K to over $3M.

Her experience spans the full project lifecycle, including permitting strategy, construction budgeting, subcontractor procurement, change order management, material procurement, and utility coordination.

Mariana is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Project Management at Wentworth Institute of Technology.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active with running workouts and spending time with friends and family.
