Justin McNiff

Assistant Project Manager

Justin brings three years of project management experience in the construction industry, primarily as an assistant project manager supporting residential, commercial office, industrial, and life science projects. He has worked on both occupied site renovations and smaller ground-up developments, with strengths in permitting, schedule management, and client communication.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College. Justin’s passion for construction began while working at his family’s real estate development firm, where he gained early exposure to the industry from the owner’s perspective.

Outside the office, Justin is a volunteer ultimate frisbee coach and enjoys spending time outdoors, skiing in the winter and boating in the summer.
