Northstar Celebrates a Decade of Excellence: Honoring Andy Touchette’s 10th Anniversary

Northstar proudly celebrates Andy Touchette’s 10th anniversary.

Since joining Northstar, Andy has become a key part of what makes Northstar special, bringing together his impressive skills and dedication in a way that truly stands out.

With over 14 years of experience in engineering and project management, Andy has handled a wide range of projects, from feasibility studies to new construction for higher education clients to historic renovations. He’s recognized for his ability to navigate complex challenges, making him a go-to expert for our institutional clients looking to enhance their capital reinvestment strategies. Before joining Northstar, Andy worked as a civilian engineer for the US Army, where he managed important construction projects on government sites.

In 2023, Andy was promoted to Vice President | Shareholder, reflecting his hard work and leadership on his many projects and within Northstar. He’s been instrumental in driving exciting projects for our clients, including several with Harvard University Housing. Recently, he’s taken on multiple projects for Dartmouth College and BioMed Realty.

For Dartmouth College, Andy is the senior project manager working on the construction of Russo Hall, which will bring 285 new apartment-style beds to the Campus for the summer of 2026. Additionally, he’s collaborating with BioMed Realty on feasibility studies and capital planning to enhance their properties, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

Outside the office, Andy lives on the South Shore with his wife and two young kids. He loves spending time with them at the beach, hitting the golf course, or exploring the mountains, balancing his professional life with family fun.

As we look back on Andy’s decade with Northstar, it’s clear that his experience isn’t just about his personal accomplishments but also about how he has contributed to Northstar’s success as a team. We’re excited to see where his leadership will take us in the future.
