As one of Northstar’s Principals, Chris has 22 years’ experience in development and project management within the commercial real estate, institutional and multifamily sectors, specializing in multifamily development.

Chris holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Notable projects that Chris has managed during his career include Boston’s Zakim Bridge, which he managed as a construction superintendent for four years. During his time at Northstar, Chris’ focus has been on the management of Harvard University’s Graduate Housing Program.  Chris leads the annual capital planning and project implementation with support from 8 Northstar Project Managers.
