Northstar Celebrates Lee Phelps’ 10th Anniversary

We are excited to announce the 10th Anniversary of Northstar’s second, but most beloved hire, Lee Phelps.
Lee agreed to join a fledging idea of Northstar 10-years ago just months after its founding. Lee brought over 40 years of experience in the development/construction industry with personal expertise in commercial construction on projects as large as $200 million. As a Vice President/Field Supervisor, Lee has been a key figure in Northstar’s culture and the Harvard account. Lee acts as a client and project team liaison, staff mentor, knowledge bank, problem solver, second expert opinion, and all around rock solid colleague. Many Northstar employees and partners have been and continue to be guided by Lee’s mentorship and sage advice. Lee recently celebrated the completion of a home renovation project to lift his Marshfield home above flood waters. Please join us in celebrating Lee and all his accomplishments!
