Gary Pelletier

Associate Vice President

Gary has over 30 years of experience in corporate design and construction project management with expertise in managing feasibility studies, design development, implementation, and oversight of RFP and contracting processes. He has completed projects up to $800.0M.

Gary’s commitment to collaboration and stakeholder engagement facilitated his success in high-profile projects involving office complexes, airline facilities, and research laboratories. He recently managed various renovation projects for a client utility company, including renovations and modernizations of several office/operations sites in New York and Massachusetts.

Gary earned his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.  

His hobbies include woodworking, flight simulation, tennis and home renovations.
