Northstar is pleased to announce recent promotions!
Andy Touchette has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Andy’s project management experience includes an extensive background in the government and institutional sectors, including expertise in residential, office and hospitality projects. During his time at Northstar, Andy has been an integral member of the Harvard University team, most recently completing the renovation of Harvard’s Mass Hall.
Chris Batson has been promoted to Project Manager. Chris has been with Northstar for 2 years as a full time member of the Harvard University Housing project team, most recently providing project management support for upgrades to the mixed-use Cronkhite Graduate Center and the renovation of a 450-unit apartment complex at Soldier’s Field Park.
Dan Govoni has been promoted to Associate Vice President. During his 7 years at Northstar, Dan has managed projects across a variety of sectors including the hospitality and institutional sectors. Dan’s is currently managing the construction of a new Marriott Residence Inn in Providence, as well as a new 3-rink, 176,000 square foot facility for the Skating Club of Boston.
Justin Caron has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Justin has been with Northstar for 6 years, working on a variety of institutional projects, as well as large corporate tenant improvements. Justin is currently working on the redevelopment of a new 19-story, 453,768 square foot new headquarters for Akamai Technologies.
Kelly Kurlbaum has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. In her 6 years at Northstar, Kelly has delivered a number of projects spanning the institutional and corporate tenant improvement projects. Kelly’s recent work includes the delivery of Kronos’ new 468,000 global headquarters in Lowell and management of Shire’s design development of 500 Kendall Square. She is currently managing tenant interior fit-outs for Baupost, Kronos and MITIMCo Site 5.
Lisa Hamilton has been promoted to Associate Vice President. Lisa has been an integral member of the Northstar team for 7 years, including time spent on the Harvard University account, as well as a number of large corporate tenant improvements. Lisa is currently managing the redevelopment of Akamai Technologies’ new 19-story, 453,768 square foot headquarters in Cambridge.
Natasha Marcuard has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Natasha has been with Northstar for 5 years, with management experience ranging from higher education and corporate tenant fit-out projects to the design and construction of a number of pharmaceutical tenant spaces. Natasha is currently managing several projects for Takeda including renovations at 35 and 40 Landsdowne, as well as the fit-out of a new 50,000 square foot office space.
