Northstar Team is Expanding!

We are excited to add 3 new employees to the Northstar Team. Welcome Kevin, Allen, and Nichole!

Kevin Byrne – Vice President

Kevin has joined Northstar in the role of Vice President with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience primarily with corporate tenant interiors projects. He is currently leading a tenant improvement project for a financial services firm in downtown Boston. Prior to joining Northstar, Kevin was the Head of Corporate Design and Construction for a corporate bank, responsible for leading the planning, design, construction, and delivery of all capital projects in the bank’s portfolio. Kevin holds a Construction Management degree from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Allen Marquis – Field Coordinator

Allen has joined Northstar in the role of Field Coordinator currently working with the Harvard team. Allen has been a member of the Carpenters Union for nearly 35 years and brings extensive construction experience to Northstar. His most recent role was Project Superintendent at a full service construction firm, having led the completion of many significant commercial interior projects in the Boston metro area. 

Nichole Calarese – Project Manager

Nichole Calarese has joined Northstar in the role of Project Manager on the Harvard Team.  Nichole brings 7 years of varied commercial real estate experience in property management with a focus towards high end multifamily properties. Most recently Nichole was responsible for managing all projects associated with the operational functionality of 60 homeowners associations in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. Nichole graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
