American Campus Communities celebrates the Topping Out of the new Columbus Ave Student Apartments!

Northstar is honored to be a part of American Campus Communities’ development team for the new Columbus Ave Student Apartments at Northeastern University.

American Campus Communities and Northeastern University entered into a partnership to construct the first developer-led student housing project not only in the City of Boston, but it is the first in the State of Massachusetts.  The new 21-story, 825 bed complex contributes to Mayor Walsh’s initiative to create 18,500 additional student beds in the City of Boston by 2030.  Congratulations to American Campus Communities, Northeastern University and the City of Boston on an important milestone for this unique and innovative project!
