Akamai Technologies begins demolition for their new headquarters and construction progresses for Emmanuel College’s new mixed-use residence, Julie Hall!

Northstar has partnered with Akamai Technologies to assist with the redevelopment of their headquarters space in Kendall Square. Akamai is currently moving forward with demolition of their existing space at 145 Broadway in preparation for the construction of a new 19-story, 453,768 square foot headquarters building.
