Northstar Employee Update

We are pleased to announce recent promotions and additions to the Northstar Team!
Lisa Hamilton has been promoted to Senior Project Manager! Lisa has been with Northstar for 6 years, during which she has worked on the Harvard University account, completed multi- corporate tenant interiors fit outs, including a 280,000 square foot office space for TripAdvisor. in addition, Lisa has been an integral member of the Northstar team managing several development projects for Alexandria Real Estate in Kendall Square.
Dan Govoni has been promoted to Senior Project Manager! Dan has been with Northstar for 5 years, during which he has worked on the Harvard University Account, managed a number of project for Northstar’s National Grid account, including a Gas Control Room in Long Island, New York and is currently managing the new construction of a Marriott Residence Inn in Providence, Rhode Island.
Jason Atwood has been promoted to Senior Project Manager! Jason has been with Northstar for 4 years, managing several projects for the Harvard University account, including the Soldier’s Field Park Graduate Student Housing Complex a full renovation of a fully occupied, 500 unit – 750 bed graduate housing complex and the Harvard Faculty Club a preeminent University building that includes fine dining, meeting facilities and overnight accommodations.
Wanda Lee has been promoted to Project Manager! Wanda has been with Northstar for over 2 years, during which she has worked as part of the account team for a Financial Services firm, managing a number of projects throughout the Northeast ranging from entire floor build-outs to occupied, phased interior renovations and technology upgrades
Ashley Yee has joined the Northstar team, bringing 7 years of experience in the real estate and development industry. Ashley’s experience includes ground up, tenant improvements, envelope restoration and MEP systems for retail, office and laboratory spaces, retail and residential spaces. She will be working on capital and operating projects for Harvard University Housing.
