Kirstin has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry with the last 25 as a development project manager on complex real estate projects with a combined value of $2.0B. She has extensive experience in all phases of development process including project definition, master planning, due diligence, master budget, permitting, design, and construction administration. Her portfolio includes projects in the commercial, institutional and residential sectors.
Kirstin manages and executes a portfolio of work and oversees the firm’s marketing and business development while generating new business. Additionally, she leads Northstar’s charitable committee which supports Boston Children’s Hospital, Home for Little Wanderers and Heading Home. Kirstin is a member of CoreNet Global New England, where she was on the Board of Directors and previously served as the Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate & Building Industry Breakfast for United Way.
Prior to joining Northstar, Kirstin worked at Spaulding & Slye, Colliers and JLL for 12 years where she held the position of Vice President in the Project Development Services Group. She earned her BS/BA degree in Finance from Boston University and her MS degree in Real Estate Development at the MIT Center for Real Estate.
Kirstin is a mom to two boys, a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker, who received the Boston Real Estate Times Outstanding Women of 2023 award and the CREW Boston Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2015.
