Northstar Celebrates Jim Hogan’s 5th Anniversary

Congratulations to Jim Hogan for five years at Northstar! 

A structural engineer by trade, Jim joined Northstar with an extensive background in the design and construction of commercial and residential ground up developments throughout Boston.

During his time at Northstar Jim’s focus has been on the management of ground up commercial buildings in Greater Boston and equity advisory services for ground up developments along the East Coast. His expertise includes core shell developments as well as tenant improvements. 

Notable projects during Jim’s tenure at Northstar include a 17-story ground up mixed use office tower in Kendall Square, the redevelopment of the Kendall Square MBTA station, and the ground up construction of a three-story lab building in Somerville.
