100 Binney achieves LEED Gold certification!

We are happy to announce the 100 Binney Street core & shell project has been awarded LEED Gold certification. 

This achievement is the result of a highly collaborative team effort to plan and implement high performing and sustainable building solutions.  These solutions were implemented in response to the client’s commitment to project sustainability and developing healthy, efficient tenant spaces.  Brownfield redevelopment; storm water design; innovative wastewater technologies; water efficient landscaping; high performing HVAC systems; and an indoor air quality plan, developed to maximize occupant comfort, largely contributed to this LEED Gold achievement.
