Lee has over 40 years of experience in the development/construction industry with personal expertise in commercial construction on projects as large as $200 million. As a Project Manager/ Vice President, Lee’s responsibilities include supervising aspects of financial administration, development and construction from foundation layout to final finishes. He also acts as a liaison between owner, lender, architect, contractor and vendors. Lee earned degrees from Wagner College, UVM and BAC and prior to joining Northstar, worked at Spaulding & Slye Colliers and Jones Lang LaSalle for 11 years where he held the position of Assistant Vice President/Associate Director in the development group. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, boating and spending time at his summer house in Vermont.
