Kristen has 25 years of real estate industry experience with oversight of projects as large as $300 million; in her role as Vice President, she is responsible for budget management and the coordination of project stakeholders. Passionate about forming and supporting high performance teams, Kristen promotes collaboration in a design-assist setting and encourages the practical use of virtual design, BIM, and lean planning methods throughout the lifecycle of a building, from the conceptual stage through all phases of construction and as part of efficient facility management. Kristen has worked in industry sectors that include bio-pharmaceutical research and manufacturing, healthcare, class A office spaces, higher education, microelectronics, and more. In addition to completing Operations Management studies at Northeastern University and attending Suffolk County Community College, Kristen is a Lean Certified Professional. She volunteers at Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry and loves photography and all things equine, especially jumping with them over obstacles.
